Raspberry Ketones, anyone try them?

Raspberry Ketones is like the next big thing they are promoting for fat loss. Anyone have experience with it?

I have not tried them and I don't plan on it. Every couple of months they seem to have a new superfruit that will help with weightloss.

I have not tried them, but like the last comment said I know they come out with a new super weight loss drug every couple of months. Since they come out with so many it is hard to figure out which of the ones actually work versus those that waste your money on.

Yes, it's very tiring. I remember the whole acai berry, pomegranate and African Mango claims. They know that everyone is looking for a quick and easy fix. Oprah even endorsed the Acai berry movement.

From what I've read about raspberry ketones, the effects that they had in the mice, they haven't been able to reproduce within humans. So, until they are able to do that, I'd take the chance on actually eating raspberries and seeing if I believe they've helped in anyway.

Nice information. Thanks for the update. I think it would be better to eat the raspberries as well.

I have a bottle of it that I still plan to use. I would expect at best it to be a mild fat burner if at all.

Would you mind coming back when you can and telling us how it worked out for you? It would be nice to have an honest opinion on the raspberry ketones.

I have not used them but am definitely interested in hearing how well they work for others. I am always skeptical of supplements and wonder not only if they work for what they are marketed for but what unintentional consequences there are as well. Thanks for mentioning that you plan to use them and I would love to hear more about this as you go.

I took the entire bottle but my diet wasn't great. I was no worse than usual but obviously the Rasberry Ketones did nothing. I probably would not use it again.
