Any good standard Creatine Mono. If you have taken it before and feel you are a good responder I dont see a reason to spend more on the others.

I've taken it before many times but on some I just got bloated. I just wondered if there was any tried and tested ones people can vouch for.

When you say you just got bloated did you gain any strength? How long did you take it? Did you load?

To be honest I never noticed any strength gains. I didn't need to load it said so on the bottle. It was the liquid type.

I'm currently taking creatine mono from Kaizen - the taste is great, can't taste ianything at all. However, it dissolves quite poorly, so I have to chug it down to get all the particles out.

I'm currently taking 100% Creatine Monohydrate by bodytech, which was on sale at my Vitamin Shoppe. Mono is the Creatine that has been proven most by scientific research to be effective and has been around the longest. I take 5 grams a day, every day and have seen both strength and size gains since I started it.

By a general, cheap Creatine and see how it works out for you. There are a lot of brands that are just overpriced, but they do the same thing.
