Hey everyone,
I just turned 40. I have been working out since my early 20's but never really achieved the kind of body I wanted. Mostly because of poor diet but my 30's were filled with health issues and injuries (plus marriage and 2 little ones). I have a good year behind me now, its been pretty steady but I am getting an mri on the lower back due to spasms that have gotten worse over the last 5 years. Hope to finally get it all together.
