Pacquiao's resume is built on wins against Barrera and Morales, both of whom were well past their best. Pacquiao even lost to a shot Morales. Pacquiao wouldn't even be in my top 10 all time pound for pound.

Ouch, you're probably living in a cave for the past 8 years? Barrera and Morales started his quest for fame and greatness, it was a star in the making but for the past 8yrs, Pacquiao defeated all the greats you put in front of him. Dela Hoya almost defeated Mayweather and it was even a controversial win while Pacquiao easily dismantled him and made him retire. Hatton was knocked out in 2 rounds and was knocked down twice in the first round while Mayweather was having hard time and took him so long to end the fight. I don't care what's on your list but for sure those are a bunch of crap.
