Hi everyone. I'm meme and I am a 23 year old female. I weigh 127 pounds. I'm looking to gain a little bit of weight and increase my strength. I feel like I am a weakling and want to be able to lift stuff without struggling. I'm also working on getting a nice flat stomach. Having abs would be a plus. Hope I can learn some new things here that can help me accomplish my goals easier.
