I've been lifting for about 2 and 1/2 years. Mostly focused on gaining strength. Sitting at around 200lbs at 5'11 right now. Lifts are slowly increasing.. went for vacation mid-may, but prior to that I hit a 315x4 squat, 225x5 bench and 355ish deadlift for four reps.
I'm always working on my technique, but I've built up a good amount of knowledge that I will be happy to share. Right now the goal is to maintain the same level of strength, but to lose some bodyfat.
