I've been lifting for about 2 and 1/2 years. Mostly focused on gaining strength. Sitting at around 200lbs at 5'11 right now. Lifts are slowly increasing.. went for vacation mid-may, but prior to that I hit a 315x4 squat, 225x5 bench and 355ish deadlift for four reps.

I'm always working on my technique, but I've built up a good amount of knowledge that I will be happy to share. Right now the goal is to maintain the same level of strength, but to lose some bodyfat.

How'd you gain the weight? Moderately or in a close time period? Please get back to me!

I like to do everything in moderation. I was approximately 160lbs when I first started, so it has been a gradual increase. I would prefer to drop to about 185lbs if I could maintain my strength and get leaner, but right now the goal is still strength.
