Now I am sure everyone has a different opinion on this. However, how do you like your steaks cooked? I prefer mine medium rare, but some people, like my husband, enjoy eating them when they are super rare. What method of cooking works best for dieting as well?
I'll usually order a steak Med Rare if I'm at a restaurant for this reason. Most of em' can't cook a steak correctly unless your at a high quality steak house or something and even then it can be crap shoot.
Personally I like mine medium rare. Tender on the outside and the thin pink strip on the inside. That's the best I have tasted so far. As long as it's done right. I hate it when restaurants cook it wrong. When the meat gets dry it looses too much natural flavor IMO.
