Well, you have to figure out how much you require in terms of calories.

First, figure that out by putting some numbers through a calorie calculator. This will give you a rough estimate about how many calories your body requires.

After that, you have to figure out how many calories you are eating per day at the moment. Most of the time, we are eating well under the amount required. To gain, weight you will have to eat more than 500 calories ABOVE the number given in the calculator.

Also, when gaining weight, don't just pig out. It's a very unhealthy way to go about things and can end up causing you a lot of harm. Eat healthy and eat a lot, but divide the calories up into small meals.

I advise you to purchase clean mass because it has a better aesthetic effect.Anyway if you want to gain weight you must increase the intake of protein and calories in your diet. When you train in the gym do exercises with free weights because they are better to buy mass quickly.

Excess calories = gain weight. It's that simple.

People think that you need supplements or a routine that will make you gain weight. It's ALL about nutrition. Eat, eat, eat, eat!

Keep eating. Snack more. Drink more water. Workout a little harder and with correct form.
Stretch a lot.

Finish your meals if they are on your diet plan.

You need to eat a lot, but don't eat calories for the sake of calories, this will lead to weight gain, fat and not muscle. Dirty bulking is a wasteful endeavor, the muscle you do gain is hard to retain when you are cutting for most of the year to shed the fat you accumulated.

Eat, eat, eat! BUT do not just eat whatever. Taking in empty calories, sugar, etc is only going to pack on the fat. Eat nutrient dense food and lots of protein to help build and strengthen muscle fibers.

To gain weight you need to consume more calories than you burn. To gain muscle you need to train your muscles and feed yourself the right balance of nutrients. Try eating a balanced, healthy diet with foods rich in calories. Try eating more potatoes, meat, vegetables, and so on.

It is very easy to gain weight. You just have to keep eating all day long. Not meant to be a joke, but I do have some friends who seem to eat all day long and not able to put on a substantial amount of weight that they want. Wanting to put on weight sometimes is needed for sports like rugby or for drama show performances though the latter is a bit extreme. Try eating more meat and less base food like rice.

You have to eat more meals per day and eat things that are high in protein. You also need a good workout routine in order to build up mass fast.
