I'm not talking about chocolate and burgers, I'm talking about foods that are healthy and tasty. My five favourite foods are sweet potatoes, avocados, free range pork crackling, grass-fed steak, and coconut. What are your five favourite foods?
I would have to go with: 1)Salmon (great protein and Omega 3's) 2)Tuna (Same as above) 3)Milk (good source of protein and calcium, I'll consider it a "food" for the sake of this post) 4)Nuts (good source of protein and healthy fats) 5)Spinach (one of the healthiest foods on the planet, and I love it in salads)
Honorable mention: olive oil (wonderful healthy fats, and it's great for adding to what you cook for an elegant taste)
