Does The NFL Combine Impact Draft Choices

I know the draft starts tonight. However, before the draft the combine was the big news. Does the combine really impact where players will go or has this already been made up in the minds of coaching staff and scouts based off of the performance they have shown in college athletics?

I think it depends on the player. Some teams already have their mind made up about who they are going to draft such as the Redskins and the Colts. The combine is for the other players like lineman and defensive tackles to showcase what they got to see if they have what it takes to succeed at the highest level.

Jeremy did you watch the draft? Do you think any of the players were impacted by how they were seen in the combine? I know it was pretty much a given with the first two picks, but all the trades were kind of shocking to me.
