Who is the most overrated player in the NBA right now?

So many players have been called great, but they do not live up to the expectations. Who is the most overrated player right now in the NBA in your opinion?

For me the most over-rated player is Deron Williams. He does not deserve a lot of credit for being in a losing team. He can't seem to lead his team and he shows no leadership skills.

A real good player knows how to lead his team and win games. He should a role model but instead, he said "I don't even want to be here", referring to his trade to the Nets. That's very unprofessional.

I agree it is a very unfortunate situation. I think he needs to show some humility before any team will want to welcome him onto their team.

Well,I'm gonna say LeBron James.Kevin Durant deserves more fame than him in my opinion.Include players like Derrick Rose, Pau Gasol, Russell Westbrook and Manu Ginobili.Some people compare LeBron with Kobe. Lebron is in his prime.When Kobe was younger he could score 81 points in a single game, and until today, Kobe continues to amaze us.To me Lebron is totally overrated and a quitter.

I agree with Stefano that Lebron James is overrated. I agree he is a pretty decent athlete but he isn't that good. The one thing that I dislike most about him is the fact that he is all about endorsements. I feel like he barely even cares about his team-winning or losing but he really cares about what his check is every year.

Derrick Rose is a great player, as long as he's not injured, and doesn't have to shoot free throws when it's crunch time. Other than that, he's great. He's not a super star, but everyone acts like he is.


I rather have a scared of the big moment LeBron on my team, than a shy free throw missing kid like Rose. At least I can tell Bron to stop being a sissy, and steamroll his way to the hoop.

The problem with Rose is that he tries steamrolling his way to the hoop! He is a lot smaller than people think he is and he has really skinny legs. He should not be driving the hoop and should be staying back to take longshots.

For me the most overrated player is Lebron James, but that is probably because he left Ohio. I think if you talk to anyone from Ohio you get the same answer. After that I am not really sure because most of the other players I generally like watching play.
