This is just out of curiosity really, but what's your favourite workout to do and why?

My favourite workout is rope climbing. I have a 30ft rope tied to a tree in my garden. Climbing rope is challenging and fun. It's a good workout for the back, arms, core, and grip.

Oh wow. I never though of rope climbing before. That seems pretty gnarly. How much does rope generally cost?

My favorite workout is probably running because I can do it alone to just get away, or I can take the kids in the stroller for a little extra workout and still be able to spend time with them. Plus it just makes me feel good. But...now that I have read about the rope in the backyard - I may just have to have my husband put one up for us. That seems like it would be challenging yet fun. Of course, I have a feeling my two sons would also find a way to make trouble out of it!

Watch... rope climbing is going to be the new rage on day soon. And we will all know how it started.

Mine is back day. Probably because deadlift is my strongest compound lift. And I have a mean BB row.

I really like working out my abs and my lats. I enjoy seeing how many reps I can do at the gym.

I also like doing my legs. Nothing better than coming home and your legs to be dead!

Haha, one of the best feelings ever. When I started lifting the pain was crazy, had a hard time getting on the toilet
