Hello from Wisconsin

Hello, I'm from Wisconsin. I'm not really a bodybuilder, but I am looking for some help coming up with a work out regimen that works for me. Also had a few questions that I may ask or find have already been asked. I hope this forum will be able to help me with this. Nice to meet everyone here!

I am from Wisconsin as well! I look forward to getting to know people close to my area that can relate to some of the weather conflicts I experience with working out. I am not a good cold weather person, but love to run with my kids - so it presents some problems
