What's up guys.
I'm new to the forums, and although the community is still small there is plenty of potential for it to grow.
I've been lifting weights since 2008. Before that I was a very skinny guy. I used to run for cross country. Since picking up my first dumbbell I haven't stopped lifting, been bitten by the iron bug I guess.
I hope to get to know some of you guys.
