I am new to this forum. I have been learning about bodybuilding and weight loss for the last several years. There are several methods out there, burning more calories than you consume, muscle chaos, cardio, yoga, but all of them only work if you DO IT. I hope to learn more here so that I can improve in my own diet and work out techniques.
