I agree with the others, as long as what you've bought is the actual natural green tea and not those sugar-laced, green tea-flavored ones then you're fine. But be aware that green tea is also like coffee, it has caffeine, and too much of something that's supposed to be good for you will actually be detrimental to your health. If you limit yourself to two cups of green tea daily, combined with exercise and a balanced meal plan then you'll be set. You'll shed of the excess pounds and keep it off at the same time. Good luck!
