Carnivor Beef Protein

Anybody tried the Carnivor Beef Protein?
I have never used protein supplements since I am lactose intolerant so I can't use whey. I've tried to find some good alternatives and I thought Carnivor could be a good one since it has animal protein which contains all the amino acids naturally.

Re: Whey Vs. Egg?

I think you can enjoy both. I wouldn't want an egg protein shake. I do enjoy eating eggs for breakfast. I like them as a snack, hard boiled. A whey shake is good to drink after a workout.

Re: Protein Challenged

Lactose-free whey protein is one way to get your daily requirement of protein. Just two scoops of your favorite flavor whisked in a glass of water and you are done. Red kidney beans, soya milk and tofu are other add-ons, if you wish.

Re: Protein Challenged

Tofu, Whey Powder, Non-fat Greek Yogurt, Hummus, etc. I actually try to reduce the amount of meat I eat, so I make sure I eat enough of the above listed foods. Also, grains like brown rice and quinoa have a decent amount of protein as well.

Re: Whey Vs. Egg?

I'm lactose intolerant so egg for sure. I think I would use both if I wasn't.

Re: No meat?

I don't eat meat, and get my protein requirement from whey protein shakes, pulses, red kidney beans, soya, etc. I am assuming that this is enough, as I've not felt the need to switch to a meat-eating diet for nutritional reasons.

Re: Who uses protein bars?

... It belonged to my partner, and the brand is Weider Nutrition. I didn't enjoy it all that much, and I felt I chewed on it forever! I prefer my whey protein shakes instead. :D

Re: Anyone have experience with liquid egg whites?

One there really is no reason as to why you can't use the entire egg. Two, the bio availability how quickly the body would absorb the protein. Whey is the highest of them all. You won't lack in gains with using eggs as your protein source, but unless you can't take whey for some reason, why not ...

Anyone have experience with liquid egg whites?

Hi, I recently started taking liquid egg whites as an alternative to whey protein. I was wondering if anybody here had any experience with this and whether they had much gains with it? I've also heard it's got a high bio-availability or something, but I have ...
