My biggest obstacle is my mental health. I tend to have a lot of success with my workouts and eating habits, but then I seem to always sabotage myself at some point. I know I need to work on the mental side of things, just as much as the physical.

Louis Vuitton handbags, luggage are so badly over used by females the I believe the whole Louis Vuitton pattern just looks tacky and unoriginal.

Some may advise against doing squats and deadlifts on the same day, but you could accommodate for both and I've never heard any issues about ...
