Healthy hair growth tips
There are various ways in which one can promote healthy hair growth among men and women. Some of the main tips for healthy hair include one applying some olive oil or some mustard oil on the hair just before getting into bed. This oil then needs to be washed off the following morning.
Other tips for hair growth involve boiling some mustard oil and then using this as massage oil. Massaging one’s hair at least once or twice a week is very useful in increasing the blood circulation in the scalp and promoting healthy hair growth. Other natural tips for hair growth include ensuring that one always maintains a nutritious and balanced diet.
A healthy diet along with plenty of exercise is very useful for beautiful and glowing hair. These steps will benefit the healthy growth of hair in both men and women and also people of all ages. One should also ensure that they drink plenty of water in a day. The minimum quantity that one should be consuming is around 8 glasses of water daily. One should also be drinking plenty of juices. Some other tips for hair growth faster are to trim one’s hair as regularly, which would mean as often as 4 to even 5 weeks. This should be done even if one is growing the hair. Some Ayurvedic tips for hair growth are to mix some corals, black sesame seeds and some eclipta elba. This is useful for hair growth and also for preventing graying of one’s hair. Besides these other tips for healthy hair growth include mixing some coconut oil that has been warmed with some freshly squeezed lime juice. This mixture should then be applied to one’s hair on a regular basis and is useful for giving one’s hair a shine and promoting its health. When one’s hair is wet, one should avoid brushing or combing it too hard as it can cause the hair to break in mid strand. Wet hair is 3 times weaker than dry hair. Always comb with a big wide toothed comb to detangle the hair. For those who suffer from dandruff, applying a mixture of some vinegar and some water is an effective way of reducing this problem. This paste should be applied on one’s head and left on over night. Another option to get rid of dandruff is to soak some ground fenugreek seeds in a glass of water over night and then massage this mixture into the hair for about 15 minutes. Remember to wash off the paste thoroughly.
